1. The "Software", below, refers to the executable (binary) version of KDTools.

2. Permission to use, and to copy for backup purposes only, KDTools for any non-commercial purpose and without fee is hereby granted. All other uses, including any redistribution in whole or in part, are forbidden without the prior written permission of the copyright holder.

3. You agree to refrain from any effort to reverse engineer or disassemble KDTools.

4. Websites and web pages using KD eLearning Toolkit must display our logo or the text "Powered by KD e-Learning Toolkit, developed by Kelley Direct" and link back to our homepage http://kd.iu.edu.

5. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
